I keep hearing that word over and over in regard to building your practice in 2014.
"One must engage their audience" and "you must engage your patient community". At age 51, I agree with the above two phrases. However; there's only one thing most people forget - the human element. Don't bring your fancy marketing phrases to the table without bringing your heart first. People catch on quick and in spite of it all, there's still nothing like being knee to knee, heart to heart with your audience. So yes, engage your audience, but bring your heart first to the table.
